Once the pressure canner is set, the cook indicator system will let you know when it's ready to start cooking.

Enhanced Safety with Triple Valve Protection

Our traditional pressure canner boasts not one, but three safety valves. The main valve regulates the steam, while two additional auxiliary valves provide extra protection. Furthermore, the steam is released on the opposite side of the cooker, enhancing safety during use.
